What a cool show. Three women governors all from key states at a corporate fundraiser at the Washington State Trade and Convention Center.

We provided lighting, sound, video and pipe and drape as well as carpeting the perimeter of the room for this event.

For video we had two 11 x 14 rear projection screens adorned either side of the stage with a camera platform for press and the stage video camera. Of course there was archival video recording as well.

Corporate cleanliness and attention to detail were an absolute must. We also had to have the flexibility to address the various security issues that would arise from having the governors from three different states in the same room at the same time.

Tim Samland was the Head Carpenter and did Audio for the event, Tim Wratten set the lights.

The event came off without a hitch.
